When it comes to saving on tours and attractions while in Ireland, the best Black Friday offer I have found so far is on Tripadvisor. They’re giving 25 dollars off bookings over 200 dollars with the code BOOK25 (until the 30th of November), which can work out as brilliant value if you pick the right experience or want to make things a little bit more personal with private tour options.
One standout one is the Claddagh Ring Making Workshop in Dublin (my favourite experience in the city). You get to make your own ring with a local goldsmith, it’s meaningful, hands on, and a gorgeous thing to bring home.
If you have Irish ancestry, there is a fantastic private tour of the EPIC Museum that comes in around $225 each, so knocking $25 off that is a lovely saving.

These will show you any tours currently discounted for Ireland, and you can quickly scroll through to see what fits your itinerary. Both platforms quietly add and remove offers throughout the week, so it’s worth checking back a few times as the sales roll on.
Car Rental Deals You Should Lock In Now
Renting a car in Ireland can be a headache, especially with limited automatics, odd-sized cars and deposits that make zero sense. But if you want to see the real Ireland, driving is still one of the best ways to do it.
Black Friday makes the whole thing far easier. Prices jump massively in spring and summer, so grabbing a deal now saves you a fair bit of stress later.
The quickest way to spot who’s actually giving you value is to use a comparison tool like Discover Cars. They’re running up to 70% off selected rentals, and you can see every provider side by side without digging through ten tabs.

The small print matters more than people think. Damage cover, waivers, mileage limits and hidden fees can turn a “great deal” into a mess very quickly. SAVE ON PACKING (& AVOID THE MOST COMMON MISTAKES)
Packing for Ireland is one of those things people get wrong, and I don't blame them…the Irish weather is temperamental.
I see the same mistakes over and over, usually from people who underestimate two things: the rain and the walking.
Below is a quick hit list of what to pack (and what to absolutely leave at home) with a few Black Friday deals sprinkled in.
✔️ A universal travel adapter (not a random European one)
Ireland uses Type G plugs, not the European ones, so people arrive with the wrong adapter constantly. A universal adapter, like this one, is the safest bet and you can use it on every future trip too.

Please don’t bring a fashion coat and hope for the best. You need a jacket that actually keeps rain out, not one that claims to be “showerproof” in the reviews. It doesn't need to be a branded coat by any means, a jacket like this one does the trick but reading the reviews to ensure that it is, in fact, waterproof is essential!
✔️ Comfortable shoes (or waterproofing for the ones you love)
You will walk far more than you expect here. Bring waterproof hiking boots (I LOVE my Keen ones) or buy waterproofing wax for your favourite leather shoes so you’re not sloshing around out west with cold, wet toes.
✔️ A lightweight changing poncho (if you’re brave enough)
Irish people casually get changed on the beach like it’s nothing, so if you're brave enough to join the sea swimmers (which I think everyone should experience at least once on their trip), then a changing robe or micro fibre towel will give you a little bit of privacy and act as a shield from the Irish wind.
Save on eSIMs and stay connected
Staying connected in Ireland shouldn’t cost you half your holiday budget, but roaming charges catch people out every year. Most visitors coming from the US, Canada and Australia don’t get free roaming here, so it’s worth sorting this out early.
Black Friday is the best time to do it, because eSIMs are even cheaper than usual. And honestly, who wants to pay 12 dollars a day for roaming? Yes, that’s what some carriers charge.

I see this come up constantly in my Facebook community. People stick with roaming out of fear they’ll “break” their phone with an eSIM. But, your phone will work exactly the same, you’re just using a local data plan instead of roaming.
It’s genuinely simple. No swapping SIM cards, no tools, no stress. Just the app and a QR code to activate.
And you won’t be turning your data on and off every five minutes trying to stay within limits. A 10 GB plan for 15 days costs €16.50. That’s a day and a half of roaming with certain US networks. It’s a no-brainer, really.
And, please, If you take anything from this, make sure you get the correct plan. If you’re only visiting the Republic, then this plan will work fine, but if you're also visiting Northern Ireland, then you will need to opt into this plan to cover both.
Oh, and don’t get caught out. Coverage dips happen, but that’s more Ireland being Ireland than any network issue. It’s always a good idea to download your maps offline so you don’t end up on a “two-way” road that feels very much like a one-way.
MULTIDAY TOURS
If you’ve been toying with the idea of a group tour, Black Friday is hands-down the best week of the year to book one. Some companies are taking €500–€800 off their Ireland itineraries right now. For anyone sitting on the fence about finally planning that dream trip, discounts like that are usually the push people need.
The biggest standouts this year are Rabbie’s, TourRadar, Trafalgar and Go Ahead Tours. They all take slightly different approaches.
